All of your books are non-fiction, so I hope I'm not off the mark in saying that I'm starting my summer off with some fiction by reading an old classic: Anthony Trollope's "The Way We Live Now." The New Yorker made a case for Trollope over Dickens last year, and that article inspired me to pick up Trollope for the first time. Well worth it, esp. for Downton Abbey lovers. Thank you for your fantastic tips. I just enrolled our oldest for his first real school (pre-K), and need to start educating myself about schools and how children learn. The last two books look very promising on that front. Thanks for your fantastic website.

Grant- Thanks for your comment! Not at all off the mark with fiction! I tend to read much more fiction than non--this post is a way to give myself a reading list of relevant professional titles!
